Hello, I’m Kush Birdi, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Birdi & Co.

I’ve worked in the legal industry for some time, building up experience across various practice areas. But, the day I really found my sense of purpose, was the day I decided to found this firm. It offers me the opportunity to do the work I love, while creating an environment that operates in a way that fits how I feel clients and staff should be treated.

A couple of things I’m proud of

Building relationships

Over the years, I’ve forged strong bonds with clients and earned their trust. I think this is because I’m really dedicated to knowing who we work with. Empathy, combined with a warm and approachable nature are as important as delivering top-quality technical work.

Can-do attitude

I try to bring positivity and energy to every project. Not every piece of work is a straight line, but the right attitude and work ethic can keep everything moving forward. If something can be done, I want to find a way to make it happen.

Beyond the law

Anybody who knows me knows that I’m an avid Formula 1 fan, so I can often be found watching cars driving around in a circle at 200mph. I also find property refurbishment scratches my creative itch.

Outside of that, I’m a husband and a father to a young child and feel life has been good to me. I have a career I’m passionate about and a family I love. Who can complain?
