Role Responsibilities:

The candidate joining our team will work on a wide range of commercial property matters, with an emphasis on the childcare and healthcare sectors, including:

• sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
• grant of new lease / lease renewals.
• commercial property aspects of corporate transactional work, including M&A transactions, company re-structuring and re-financing matters.

There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including:

• creating and maintaining client and referral relationships.
• launching online marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3 – 6+ PQE.
• excellent technical and project management skills.
• excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• able to use your initiative and solve problems independently.
• able to work effectively under pressure.
• be enthusiastic and flexible with a team approach to working.
• interested in entrepreneurship, marketing and business development initiatives.

Salary:

We are offering a competitive salary, a recognition bonus scheme and either office or flexible/remote working. Our main office space is based in Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street (close to Liverpool Street Station).

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be working directly with clients across a range of sectors which include mergers and acquisition transactions, management buy-outs, joint ventures, shareholders, LLP and partnership agreements, corporate lending and restructuring, business terms and conditions and other commercial contracts.

The candidate joining our team will:

• work on a wide range of matters, including M&A transactional work and general corporate and commercial cases.
• take on an active role in the negotiation of key documents and project management of transactional work. Direct client contact will be encouraged.
• work as part of a close knit, highly flexible team.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+years’ PQE.
• highly motivated and ambitious.
• excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• able to use your initiative and solve problems independently.
• able to work effectively under pressure.
• be enthusiastic and flexible with a team approach to working.
