Our vacancies
Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be working directly with clients across a range of sectors which include mergers and acquisition transactions, management buy-outs, joint ventures, shareholders, LLP and partnership agreements, corporate lending and restructuring, business terms and conditions and other commercial contracts.
The candidate joining our team will:
- work on a wide range of matters, including M&A transactional work and general corporate and commercial cases.
- take on an active role in the negotiation of key documents and project management of transactional work. Direct client contact will be encouraged.
- work as part of a close knit, highly flexible team.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+years’ PQE.
- highly motivated and ambitious.
- excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- able to use your initiative and solve problems independently.
- able to work effectively under pressure.
- be enthusiastic and flexible with a team approach to working.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary, a discretionary bonus scheme and either office or flexible/remote working.
