Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be working directly with clients across a range of sectors which include mergers and acquisition transactions, management buy-outs, joint ventures, shareholders, LLP and partnership agreements, corporate lending and restructuring, business terms and conditions and other commercial contracts.

The candidate joining our team will:

• work on a wide range of matters, including M&A transactional work and general corporate and commercial cases.
• take on an active role in the negotiation of key documents and project management of transactional work. Direct client contact will be encouraged.
• work as part of a close knit, highly flexible team.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+years’ PQE.
• highly motivated and ambitious.

Salary:

We are offering a competitive salary, a discretionary bonus scheme and either office or flexible/remote working.

The Role

You will carry out an instrumental role in the firm, working closely with the Managing Partner and other colleagues in executing and optimising our marketing functions.

The role will suit an enthusiastic and passionate individual who is pursuing a career in legal marketing at Birdi & Co.

Responsibilities will include:

• Executing the firm’s marketing plans and strategies.
• Crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s visibility in the legal sector.
• Leading the firm’s marketing campaigns and business growth efforts.
• Creating and optimising marketing materials and campaigns.
• Enhancing the client acquisition and retention process through strategic marketing.
• Directing the firm’s online presence and digital marketing strategies.
• Facilitating effective communication strategies within the team to ensure marketing objectives are met.
• Nurturing and expanding relationships with media and publications, advertising agencies, and other marketing-related service providers.
• Compiling and analysing marketing data to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborating in the development of risk management protocols from a marketing perspective.
• Overseeing project timelines to ensure the timely delivery and accountability of marketing projects throughout the firm.
• Continually assessing and refining marketing processes and policies to maintain competitive edge.
