We recently had the opportunity to assist a client in acquiring three nursery settings, making it a triple nursery acquisition. It was an intricate project as we had to manage all three transactions simultaneously and ensure completion on the same day.

We took charge of the corporate and property legal due diligence for each setting, leaving no stone unturned. Additionally, we negotiated the lease terms for each nursery, ensuring our client’s interests were protected.
