Hello, I’m Charlene Robinson (Charlie), Operations Manager at Birdi & Co.

I have nearly 20 years of experience working within the legal field, starting my career as a junior legal secretary and working my way up to a management position. I have a very good understanding of law firm operations and the compliance framework in which they operate. I am a people person and can build strong working relationships with key individuals. I am reliable, committed, loyal and hardworking with a positive, ambitious ‘can-do’ attitude.

I joined the team in October 2023 and my role as Operations Manager consists of overseeing and optimising our processes, systems and functions, as well as providing support and guidance to the team to ensure everyone is working to their full potential within a supportive environment.

I am very proud to have been given the opportunity to work with some amazing professionals throughout my career.

I have been exposed to the many functions and operations that are needed to run a successful practice, which I am super grateful for. My passion and experience have given me that ultimate drive to deliver a great service and nurture and support everyone I work with, so they feel valued, supported and have a safe place to be themselves.

Beyond the law

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, especially my two young daughters who are an absolute joy and credit to me. Everyone has a ‘why’ in their life and they are my ‘why’. I guess you will mostly find me at soft play or living my best life in the park!
