Hello, I’m Helen Robinson, Principal Associate Solicitor at Birdi & Co.

I have nearly 30 years’ experience in providing practical and straightforward advice to businesses.  Having worked as internal legal adviser for a number of companies as well as in private practice, I have exceptional expertise in protecting businesses from a legal perspective across all aspects of their businesses.  I have a down-to-earth approach with a commercial emphasis and a view to delivery of solutions.

A couple of things I’m proud of

I have worked in the nursery sector for some 5 years now and during this time she acted for a number of nursery businesses both for sellers and for buyers. Most recently I was Head of Legal for Family First Nurseries and acted for them on their acquisitions of nursery businesses and also in relation to their day to day legal issues.

From terms and conditions of business to complicated re-structures and international mergers and acquisitions my no-nonsense approach helps me guide clients through the technical aspects of legal requirements but with a practical emphasis on achieving the client’s aims.

Beyond the law

In my spare time I enjoy walking my Beagle, pottering about in the garden and watching rugby.  I am also occasionally found on a cricket pitch during summer months.
